Chris Cadorette, a lifelong Vermonter, fulfilling his dream of being the head coach at his alma mater, U-32. Cadorette was an offensive and defensive lineman in high school playing under the legendary U-32 Coach Mike Law. He went on to play college ball at Southern Connecticut State University and Norwich University.

Cadorette was named U-32s head coach in 2024, but has been a coach at U-32 since 2016. He has worked his way up from offensive and defensive assistant coaching positions.

"Football has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember," Cadorette said. "It's an honor to give back to my community in this way by helping raise the next group of future leaders in Vermont through football."

"It's been a dream for my whole life to take over U-32 football," said Cadorette. He said the next step is to "take over this team and bring it to the next level [and] continue what the last generation started."

In addition to coaching at U-32 Coach Cadorette works for the VT Department of Corrections, Agency of Human Services.

Chris Cadorette is a resident of East Calais. He has been coaching or participating in football in an organized manor since playing at U-32 beginning in 1996. Chris has been a varsity football coach at U-32 since 2016, has held the roles of Offense/Defense line coach, JV Head Coach, Assistant Head Coach, and is currently the Varsity Head Coach. Before founding the CV Mini Raiders in 2016, Chris also assisted with the Lyndon NFL Play 60 team. Chris has a degree from Norwich University in Physical Education with a minor in Coaching and is a National Federation of High Schools accredited level 2 coach specializing in football.

Coach Pacheco has been head coach at Brattleboro Union High School since 2015, he was an assistant coach from 2005-2014 serving under Coaches Mike Hatt, John Callahan, and Charly McLoughlin. He has coached every position group at least once. In 2019 he led the Brattleboro team to a state Championship, their first in 46 years defeating Bellows Falls in the Div 2 final. He played at defensive back and wide reciever at Brattleboro under legendary coach Bill Miller graduating in 2003. Coach Pacheco was the South Head Coach in the 2019 North-South All Star Game and coached the Vermont Shrine Team in 2021.

 

He is a life long resident of Brattleboro working in the school facilities department. He is married to Meghan (McLouglin) Pacheco the legendary Brattleboro and Keene State softball player and daughter of Coach Charly McLoughlin. They have 2 daughters Madison and Kennedy.
